Raymond Brice
Owner BR.ICE Hockey Development LLC,
The basis on which I decided to start BR.ICE Hockey Development arises from a deeply rooted aspiration to catalyze positive transformation within the hockey landscape of the Copper Country. Having grown up in an environment where the love for hockey is pervasive, I observed a significant discrepancy in the resources available to players aiming to advance their careers. Compared to other areas around the country today, the absence of dedicated skill development coaches, and modern training centers creating a significant resource void that has to be filled.
Motivated by my own journey, which includes participation in over 350 professional, NCAA Division 1, and Junior A games, I recognized the pivotal role that comprehensive support played in my personal development. With this insight, I embarked on the mission to establish BR.ICE Hockey Development, driven by the profound belief that every aspiring player in the Upper Peninsula should have access to the tools and support necessary to maximize their potential.
My commitment goes beyond business; it is a passionate dedication to empower the next generation of hockey players. By providing a platform that combines expertise, state-of-the-art resources, and mentorship, BR.ICE Hockey Development aims to not only elevate individual skill sets but also to foster a culture of excellence and success within the hockey community of the Copper Country. Through this venture, I seek to inspire and guide players towards achieving their highest aspirations in the sport.
