Refund Policy

Effective 01/01/2025

We understand that circumstances may arise which require you to cancel your registration for our camp. Below is our refund policy:

  1. Refunds for Cancelled Registrations:

    • If you cancel your registration for any reason:

      • Within the first 48 Hours of registration a written email to bricehockeydev@gmail.com a full refund will be issued, minus 2.9% website fee.

      • 2-7 Days of registration a 50% refund will be issued. Email addressed to bricehockeydev@gmail.com must be issued within the appropriate timeframe of registration.

      • Within 30 Days of registration a 25% refund will be issued. Email addressed to bricehockeydev@gmail.com must be issued within the appropriate timeframe of registration.

  2. Injury Exception:

    • In the case of injury preventing participation in the camp:

      • A full refund will be issued upon presentation of a medical certificate from a licensed healthcare provider confirming the inability to participate.

  3. No Show or Failure to Sign Up for Corresponding Session:

    • If a client fails to show up for the camp without prior notice, no refunds will be issued.

  4. Refund Process:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 1-2 business days of approval.

  5. Refund Requests:

    • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to bricehockeydev@gmail.com and include the participants name, camp session dates, and reason for cancellation.

Please note that this refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to review and revise our refund policy as necessary to ensure the best experience for all camp participants.
